TAT names 12 dark sky locations

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in collaboration with the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand recently announced 12 locations across Thailand registered as a Dark Sky Park. This is to promote Dark Sky Tourism under the Amazing Dark Sky in Thailand concept. On this occasion, the TAT also launched a guidebook on dark sky tourism to encourage domestic travelling especially during the end of the rainy season and the beginning of winter.
