A recent university poll found close to half of respondents under 30 said the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on their mental health. The Stockton University poll helped corroborate a study compiled by researchers that looked at how New Jersey residents with specific mental health issues fared during the pandemic. Thirty percent said COVID worsened mental health problems, including those involving alcohol and drug use.
