A 265-unit luxury rental project has broken ground in East Hanover. The community will consist of one- to three-bedroom units spread over four, 4-story buildings on Eagle Rock Avenue. Fifty-three of them will be affordable housing. It will have a clubhouse, fitness center, theatre rooms, conference and co-working rooms, a sundeck and pool with grilling stations, fire pits, an outdoor movie screen, a pingpong table and a walking path.
