Police in Germany were searching two garages on Monday for hazardous substances in connection with the arrest of two people suspected of planning a bio-weapon attack. A tip-off from US security officials prompted German police to detain two Iranian brothers on Saturday night. They are suspected of planning an Islamist-motivated attack, prosecutors said, although it was not clear how concrete their plans were.
