By Joe Smith Delivery firm DPD has disabled its customer support chatbot after it swore at a user and called the company “the worst delivery firm in the World”. In a statement DPD said a “system update” was to blame and assured customers that the foul-mouthed artificial intelligence (AI) had been disabled.
