The Covid-19 pandemic has spared none – be it the rich, the poor, the average citizen or the famous ones. Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan recently took to Twitter to share that he and his family had taken a Covid-19 test after some of his staff members tested positive for the virus.
Barring some of his staff, Aamir shared in the tweet, that the ‘rest of us’ have tested negative. Aamir said that he is now taking his mother to get tested for Covid-19 and asked his 26.2 million odd Twitter followers to pray for her. ‘She is the last person in the loop,’ said the 55-year-old actor.

In his tweet, Aamir also thanked the BMC officials for taking such good care of his family members and for ‘fumigating and sterilising’ the entire society. He said that the officials were very ‘prompt and efficient’ in taking them to a medical facility.
The ‘Ghajini’ actor also thanked the nurses, hospital and other staff at the Kokilaben Hospital for being ‘caring and professional’ throughout the testing process.
