By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — Three decades ago, the percentage of non-white teachers across all levels – kindergarten, elementary, high school and college – was 16 percent. As of the end of 2018, it stands at 25 percent. When the U.S. Census Bureau crunched the employment and population numbers, it found some of the most dramatic changes among the college professor ranks.
