After one and a half years of harsh restrictions, Thailand has decided to open back up for tourists and as of November 1, the country is once again welcoming fully vaccinated holidaymakers from certain countries. The opening on Monday came a day before the official start of the dry season there – the best time of year to travel to islands, temples and jungles of ancient Siam.
